Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Engagements are month-to-month after an initial 90-day commitment. The first 90 days is where most of the diagnostic and foundation work happens — cutting early doesn't give the system time to work.
What kind of businesses do you typically work with?
Primarily small and growing businesses — contractors, trades, professional services, and B2B companies doing $500K–$5M in annual revenue. If you have a real marketing budget and need someone to own the function, we're probably a fit.
How many hours per month does this include?
Clarity is typically 5–8 hours/month. Momentum is 12–16 hours. Partner is 20+ hours. I track against outcomes, not hours — but that's the realistic scope at each level.
Can I start with Clarity and upgrade later?
Yes, and that's actually how most clients start. Clarity gives us a clear picture of where you are. From there, it's easy to see which tier makes sense to step into — and any audit work carries forward.
Will you do execution work, or just strategy?
Both, depending on tier. Clarity is strategy-only. Momentum includes hands-on execution support and vendor oversight. Partner is fully embedded — I operate as your marketing department with you in the room for key decisions.
What does the onboarding process look like?
Week 1 is a deep intake — your stack, your spend, your goals, your history. Week 2 I deliver the full Clarity audit. Week 3 we build the roadmap together. By day 30 you have a clear picture of what's broken and what we're fixing first.
